• Search Fee - £400 for a 16 week, comprehensive property search    (deductible from our Negotiation & Success or Success fees).

The Search Fee is payable at the initial Your Requirement Meeting, where we will fully establish your personal requirements. Our experience has demonstrated that 16 weeks is usually sufficient to extensively search for, and thoroughly review, currently available and prospective properties. If we have been unable to locate your dream home during this 16 week period, we will arrange a Your Review Meeting to discuss progress, review your criteria and explore the options.

• Negotiation & Success Fee - 1% of the final purchase price plus 10% of any savings we manage to negotiate on your behalf (payable upon completion).

Using our extensive negotiation skills, we will achieve the best possible purchase price for your chosen property. In most cases, we will negotiate a significant saving on the original price of the property that will more than cover our fees. A personal service that actually saves you money! 

• Success Fee - 1% of the final purchase price (payable upon completion).

Should you be successful in completing on a property that we originally introduced you to, then our Success Fee will be payable. 

• Rental Success Fee – 1 months rent (payable upon signing of the tenancy agreement).
